Mountain View, November 2, 2011 – PureWave Networks, Inc. announced today that its PureWave Quantum 6000 base station received the Product of the Year Award for 2011, awarded by the Wireless Internet Service Providers’ Association (WISPA). This prestigious award is awarded annually by WISPA to an innovative product or platform that represents a substantial improvement in the technical or operational side of the WISP industry and the winner is selected based on a vote open to all WISPA members.
